| 1. All fan club rules and PF rules apply.
2. You may only create one group at a time. To delete a group, you must ask admins.
3. Accept all users requests to join the group. Otherwise, you must have a good reason to decline them.
4. You must insert at least 5 pictures.
5. Have fun!
